Band mattress sale coming Saturday
The Duncan Bands will be hosting the annual Band Mattress Fundraiser from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at Duncan Middle School.
According to an email from Jeramy Haas, band director, “We encourage you to come to this one-day event because every purchase benefits The Band!!. Below is a special coupon just for you! Don’t miss your chance to save money and sleep better knowing you made a difference.”
The mattress for sale are brand new and name brand with the factory warranty. All sizes are available. The sale also includes sleep accessories, such as pillows and sheets.
Circle the State set for Tuesday
Circle the State with Song is coming up Tuesday at the Simmons Center.
The annual event is for select sixth-grade choir students.
According to the Oklahoma Music Educators Association, “Circle the State is an opportunity for exceptional music students to work with guest choral clinicians on challenging music with other students from across the region. For other goals and teacher/school eligibility, click here.”
