Another week has come and gone, and Fridays are no more for Duncan Middle School students and teachers. However, there’s still plenty going on in the next few days.
Sports tournaments coming up this weekend
Baseball headed for the Duncan Festival today. The festival is set to continue Saturday.
Soccer has a tournament Saturday in Choctaw, and track is heading Sulfur this Saturday. However, high rain chances could impact whether either sport event will take place.
NJHS officers heading to state conference
The DMS National Junior Honor Society officers will be heading to the state NJHS conference Monday and Tuesday. The Oklahoma Association of National Junior Honor Societies conference will be in Jenks.
State testing starts this month
The first day of state testing is scheduled for April 15. Testing is set to last two weeks.
