Cheer tryouts are coming up. Soon there will be new seventh and eighth-grade cheerleaders.
“I am so excited to cheer for my team with my friends,” Carsyn Etheridge, seventh-grader, said.
Etheridge is trying out because it’s a way for her to make friends and have fun. She’s been part of the cheer squad as a seventh-grader and hopes she makes it this year.
“I’m so excited to
try out,” Anna Lawrence said.
Lawrence is in sixth grade and tryout out for seventh grade. Her favorite jump is the toe touch.
There was a meeting Thursday. Tryouts are set for April 13.
