As the Oklahoma State Testing Program comes creeping around the corner, Duncan Middle School’s teachers are making sure everything has been covered and going back over anything the students are struggling with. The schedule has been announced and state testing is going to be moved to the first two weeks in April, instead of the last two weeks.
Sixth grade is going to be testing from 8:30 to 10 a.m. April 9 and from 12:30 to 2 p.m. April 10 for the English assessment. Sixth-graders will then test from 8:30 to 11 a.m. April 16 for the math portion.
Seventh grade is going to be testing from 8:30 to 10 a.m. and from 1 to 2 p.m. April 11 for the English test. Those students will then test from 8:30 to 11 a.m. April 17 for the math test.
Eighth grade is going to be testing from 8:30 to 10 a.m. and from 12:30 to 2 p.m. April 4 for the science assessment. Eighth-grade students will do the English test from 8:30 to 10 a.m. and from 12;30 to 1:30 p.m. April 10. The math test will be from 8:30 to 11 a.m. April 18.
