The golf season concluded its season last week with boys placing first and the girls placing second at Lakeview.
Eighth-graders Caden Stevens, who plays on the boys team, and JJ Gregston, who is on the girls team, said they felt their seasons went well.
Stevens said the season was “amazing.” Gregston said she felt she did pretty well.
Both said they are sad that the golf season is over. They both plan to play golf next year for Duncan High School.
Stevens said the greatest strength for the boys golf team was its outstanding players.
For Gregston, the biggest accomplishment was winning a tournament.
