For the Duncan Middle School, volleyball is coming to an end. Eighth-graders will be moving onto High school and the seventh-graders will be going into eighth-grade.
Eight-graders Ansley DeVoe and Ka’ziya Criner stated that the eight-grade volleyball team worked together this year and communicated very well. Criner said that she learned a lot this year. Criner said that she improved on passing and hitting this year. DeVoe said that she felt this year went really well, she feels that she has improved on her jump serve.
Seventh-graders Cayden Stephens and Amiya Williams both feel their seventh-grade volleyball team did really good this year. Stephens and Williams both feel that their coaches prepared them well.
Stephens said that she feels she has improved on her passing and serving. Williams said that she has improved on her setting. Both Williams and Stephens are ready to play volleyball in eight-grade.
