On Thursday, the DMS football team played against Ardmore. Both DMS teams won.
The seventh grade team is 2-4 with two games left. The eighth grade team is still undefeated.
Eight-graders TeTe Jackson and Chago Barham said they did really good at the game.
Barham said that one thing the eight-grade team could improve on is snapping and stopping big plays. Jackson said that they have improved from last week.
Seventh-grades Eric Reza said that he felt his team did really good.
Sincere Young, another seventh-grade player, said that some things the team could improve on are blocking and tackling. Both Reza and Young thought the players improved a lot from last year.
The next DMS football game will be Tuesday at Lawton Ike. Seventh-grade is scheduled to play at 5 p.m., and eighth-grade is scheduled to play at 6:30 p.m.
