With the new year upon us, we asked several students what their new year’s resolutions are for 2020.
Many people did not have any resolutions, but some did.
Eighth grader Jeffry Cross said his resolution is to drink water. Cross thinks drinking water will be beneficial because it will help him be more healthy. He thinks he will be able to achieve this goal throughout the year.
Next sixth-grader Aidyn McCarthy what his resolution was and his was to “have better handwriting.”
McCarthy thinks he will achieve his goal and he will benefit from it because people will be able to “read his work.”
Then seventh-grader Kaianni Woods said her resolution is to “stop lying.”
Woods thinks she might achieve this goal and she doesn’t know if it will benefit her or not yet.
Lastly, Chago Barham stated that his resolution was to “not get heartbroken.”
Barham thinks that he will benefit from this because he won’t “get a divorce” in the future and he thinks that he will achieve this in the coming year. Whether you have a resolution or not, we all hope you grow this year and have the best new decade.
