Tennis is starting up at Duncan Middle School. The tennis players have been practicing and are ready for the season to start.
Jadyn Brown, an eighth-grader, said she was kinda ready for the season to start. Brown said their first practice was good.
“I think we will do decent this year,” she said.
Brown also said that the coaches were good.
Ava Miller, a seventh-grade tennis player, said that she was ready for the season. Miller said their first practice was windy, and it was hard to get the ball over the net. Miller also thinks that the coaches are good and nice.
Tennis player, Caleb McFatridge, when asked if he was ready for the season, responded with “sure.”
McFatridge said, “The first practice was pretty good.”
He thinks the team will win state this year.
Returning eighth-grade tennis player, Jonah Link said “yeah I’m ready for the season to start.” Link said the first practice was good. He thinks the team will do well this season. He also said the coaches were pretty good.
