Duncan Middle School softball teams season is underway, having started Aug. 15, with a win against Tomlinson.
Since starting the season the team has played six games. So far the team has won three games and lost three.
“I believe we are doing great,” Afton Savage, varsity softball player, said.
This year there are 15 girls on the team. The team is a mix of seventh and eighth-graders.
Ron Booth and Mike Fitts coach the varsity team this year.
Savage and Tristin Blackburn, another varsity softball player, like the coaches and believe they do a good job.
The next game is today at Lawton MacAurther.
