Wrestling is one of the sports I play. Wrestling takes practice, skill, agility, and quickness.
You can wrestle a novice or open. Novice is a beginning level. Open is for experienced wrestlers. You earn a spot on varsity by beating everyone at your school in your weight class.
In my opinion the best schools for wrestling are Oklahoma State, Iowa State, and Ohio State. My favorite school has to be Ohio State because they are good at football and baseball.
Wrestling helps with every sport. It teaches you how to pay attention to your opponent. It also teaches you exercises and helps you stay fit and in shape.
My favorite part of wrestling is getting to throw people on the ground and getting to hang out with my friends. The only downside to wrestling is having to watch what you eat and you can’t eat during tournaments.
During practice we do cardio and we go live. My favorite part of practice is playing games such as bulldog dodgeball and kickball.
Wrestling is a fun sport. I suggest everyone does wrestling at some point in their life especially if you play football; it helps with tackling and stamina.
