This Saturday is the Christmas Parade, and although the numbers will almost certainly be reduced this year by at least a little, I still expect many people to show up to watch.
COVID-19 has made its way through Stephens County, and is a big issue in Duncan currently. The parade will be following the guidelines for COVID safety, but that doesn’t guarantee that people will follow them.
If you are going to watch the parade, don’t be foolish.
Listen to what is expected and actually do it. If they want you to stay in your vehicles, stay in your vehicles. If you are allowed outside of your vehicles, wear your mask. Even if masks aren’t required, do the right thing and wear them anyways.
It’s not that hard.
