Summer is around the corner, and that means it’s the best time to go out and do something active. If you have a big yard, grab a ball and toss it around or play soccer with it. Just run around and be active in general, if you can’t play ball. If you have a pool, swim in it. Go to the town pool if you don’t have a pool. Being active is good for general health and gets you stronger and more capable at doing things that are good for you.
Most people practice their sports in the summer, and I do too. It’s good to do, so you can be the best, have good health, and show off to your teammates. Many sports can offer lessons, practices, or open the fields to play on and get better. Playing any sport is also good for discipline and other life skills that can be useful for later on in life.
Summer is a time of being active, vacation, and freedom. Don’t try to spend your break in a dark room playing video games all day, but try something new, play outside, and get to be in the world around us that is so beautiful.
