Demons go 0-2

     On Tuesday, August the 7th, the 7th and 8th grade Duncan football teams played at Cache. The 7th-grade team lost 16 to 8 and the 8th grade also lost. The score was 47 to 22  Jensen Prince said “we played bad” when asked how he thought the team played. He also said, “They played better than we did and that’s why they won”. Jensen got 2 tackles and Keiston got 5 tackles. I also interviewed Jacob Conn who plays on the offensive and defensive line. He said that “on offense, we were pretty good, but if we would’ve wrapped up it would’ve been a whole different game.” When asked how he thought the other team played he said “They did good offensively.” I also asked what they need to do to win next week and he said “We need to work on tackling, we need better referees.” He also said that they need better blocking. He said that “My defense was good, but my offense could have been better”, when asked about how he thought he played.
