Cross country meet set for Friday
Duncan Middle School’s cross country runners will participate in the Cameron Invitational on Friday at the Big Green Soccer Complex. The bus is slated to leave around 7:45 a.m. More information is available at ohstrack.com.
First Science Club meeting coming next week
The first meeting of the DMS Science Club will be at 7:30 a.m. in Rosie Castle’s classroom, Room 249. The club is open to all students. Meetings will take place every other Tuesday.
NJHS officer packets due date set
Seventh-graders wishing to run for National Junior Honor Society officer must turn in NJHS election packet by Sept. 18. Those turning in posters by that time may hang posters Sept. 21. Campaign speeches will be given and votes will be cast on Oct. 6 during the second NJHS meeting of the year.
Additionally, NJHS contracts and the $25 dues need to be turned in by Sept. 28.
