Here’s another look at last week’s News Update. This week, the Demon Direct is working with a skeleton crew because of state testing.
With state testing underway, there is a low number of events and activities happening at Duncan Middle School this week.
State testing continues next week
Eighth-grade students will finish state testing on Monday. Testing for eighth grade began Tuesday. The eighth-grade students will have four days of testing.
Seventh grade is scheduled for testing Tuesday and Wednesday, and sixth-grade testing will start next Thursday.
Sports coming up this week
Several sporting events are happening over the next few days.
Soccer has their last game tonight in Choctaw. DMS varsity golf is at a tournament today in Ardmore. Baseball will be in Newcastle tomorrow.
DMS tennis teams are heading to their qualifiers in Ada. Boys will head to that way Friday, while girls do so on Saturday.
