“The best thing we did was shooting. We put up lots of points that game,’’ Breckyn Root said. ‘’We lacked defense which is what we need to practice. I need to work on staying in my place on offense.”
Seventh-grade Summer Heavener had similar thoughts.
‘’I need to work more on pivoting when I have the ball,’’ Heavener said. “I am glad we got out of our little losing streak we have been in for a whole. I’m glad that we won because it is one of our last games.”
The Lady Demons’ next game will be at home against The Lawton Central Cougars. The game will be at Duncan. The Demons’ last game will be on Thursday. The game will start at four-thirty.
