Recently, Duncan Middle School soccer has started.
Augustin Murrillo is an 8th-grade player Murillo said, “Soccer is going good so far, but we are just running right now.” He is looking forward to becoming better and hopefully becoming a professional soccer player. Augustin said, “I started when I was 4 years old, and I have loved playing ever since.”
He said that he wished the coaches could do better by teaching a little more about shooting and passing and a little more about running.
Kaylee Cagg is a manager of Duncan Middle School girls soccer. Cagg said, “I think soccer is going pretty good right now.” She is looking forward to going with the team and winning all the games. She said, “My friend wanted me to do it and I just really like the sport.” She thinks the coaches can do better by giving each player the same playing time and treating everyone equally.
Landon Mumford says “Soccer is going good so far but we are just running right now.” Mumford is looking forward to playing games and kicking the ball. What made him do soccer is his friend Brisco Davis. He says, “The coaches can’t do anything better right now.”
Ginger West is a 7th-grade player. West says “Soccer is going okay for right now.” She is looking forward to playing games. She said, “I couldn’t do soccer last year so I wanted to do it this year. I couldn’t do it last year because I was in 6th grade.” She also thinks the coaches should tell people what they could do better to be better players.
Iker Redilla is in Duncan Middle School soccer for 7th grade. Redilla thinks soccer is going well so far. He says “I am looking forward to having fun with my teammates and all the coaches.” He wanted to do soccer just for fun and to get some exercise. He said, “The coaches can do better by doing more activities with players to make them better.”
