Duncan Middle School students talked about the reasons they like and dislike school.

Brailyn Hignite discusses what he likes and doesn’t like about school.

Several students said they like school is getting to hang out with friends. While other kids said they don’t like school because of the work overload.

Brailyn Hignite, an eighth-grade student, said he isn’t a big fan of school because of all the work he ends up having to do.

“I have to work, and I’m lazy,” Hignite said.

He said his favorite part of school is getting to see his friends. He also said he likes both middle school and elementary school equally.

Caleb Huizar, a seventh-grade student, said he enjoys going to school.

“I like school because it teaches you life lessons,” Huizar said.
