Eighth-grade band to march during high school football game

Tonight the eighth-grade band members will get play during the last high school football game.

The eighth-grade members will get to march with the Duncan High School Marching Band. On Thursday, the eighth-grade band was practicing how the high school band does some of their movements and work on pep band music.

Eighth-grade band member Luke McFatridge said he is looking forward to tonight’s performance.

“I feel excited, and I feel like I will do well,” McFatridge said. “I’m not nervous.”

The football game should kick off at 7 p.m. tonight at Halliburton Stadium. The high school and eighth-grade band members will perform during halftime.
